About the Pekingese
The Pekingese is an ancient Chinese breed with a regal bearing and a magnificent mane-like coat around the neck and shoulders. Their dense double coat — with a soft, thick undercoat and a longer, coarser outer coat — requires regular grooming to stay healthy and comfortable.
