1. Who Is the Controller of Your Data?

2. Why Do We Process Your Data?

  • A. In connection with services provided by BIALY PIES Natalia Butenko, your data will be stored until the contract is performed.
  • B. For marketing and promotion of products offered by BIALY PIES Natalia Butenko in Szczecin, as our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation). Your data will be processed until you object.
  • C. To fulfill legal obligations related to cooperation (Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation), including obligations to retain specific documents for periods required by law, e.g.:
    • Accounting Act of 29.09.1994 (Journal of Laws 2017 item 1858);
    • Tax Ordinance Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 137 item 926);
    • Act of 1 March 2018 on Counteracting Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Journal of Laws 2018 item 723).
  • D. For possible establishment, pursuit or defense of claims, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation). Data will be processed until limitation periods expire.
  • E. If consent is given, your data will be processed within the scope and purpose indicated in that consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation), until consent is withdrawn.

3. What Data Is Processed?

To conclude a contract, we require data indicated in the contract/order form (if not provided, we cannot conclude the contract or perform the order). Additionally, we may request optional data that does not affect conclusion of the contract (if not provided, we may not be able to, for example, call a contact number).

During contract performance, while providing services, we may obtain additional personal data. The appearance of your personal data in our systems results from your use of our services.

4. To Whom Will the Data Be Disclosed?

  • A. Public authorities, to the extent they do not receive data within specific legal proceedings, e.g. in connection with anti-money laundering requirements.
  • B. Entities processing your personal data on behalf of BIALY PIES Natalia Butenko under data processing agreements (processors), including beneficiaries of BIALY PIES Natalia Butenko, IT service providers, archiving companies, and hosting providers.
  • C. External controllers (so-called parallel controllers), to whom data is disclosed, e.g. legal advisors and attorneys, courier or postal operators, and entities purchasing receivables (if invoices are not paid on time).
  • D. Entities outside the EEA, only where necessary and with an adequate level of protection, mainly through:

We inform you that your data will not be subject to profiling, i.e. automated analysis of your data and development of predictions about preferences or future behavior.

6. What Rights Do You Have?

  • A. Right of access to processed personal data (Article 15 of the Regulation).
  • B. Right to rectify personal data, including correcting it (Article 16 of the Regulation).
  • C. Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") if there are no grounds for processing (Article 17 of the Regulation).
  • D. Right to restriction of processing in cases provided by law (Article 18 of the Regulation).
  • E. Right to data portability in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (e.g. .csv), where technically possible (Article 20 of the Regulation).
  • F. Right to withdraw consent at any time for data processed based on consent (Article 7(3) of the Regulation). Withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Withdrawal can be submitted by email to: info@webdesign.szczecin.pl.
  • G. Right to object where processing is based on our legitimate interest (Article 21 of the Regulation). After considering your objection, we will no longer process data on that basis unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms.
  • If, in your opinion, processing of personal data violates the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
